Russell Weeks is the Global Employer Brand Lead at Sanofi, having previously held various roles in employer branding and marketing across multiple sectors. They began their career as a Communications and Project Management Assistant at Industry Canada and advanced through positions at EY, where they focused on brand marketing and recruitment strategies in Europe, the Middle East, India, and Africa. Before joining Sanofi, Russell worked as a Global Client Partner at Cielo Talent and as a Recruitment Marketing Leader for India at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Russell holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Communication with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Ottawa.
