Rachel A. Chiaverelli is the Senior Director, Translational Sciences Oncology Strategy Lead at Daiichi Sankyo, Inc. Having previously served as both Director and Associate Director during their tenure at the company, they bring extensive experience in translational medicine and clinical biomarkers from roles at Prelude Therapeutics and Champions Oncology, Inc. As a doctoral candidate at the USDA Jean Mayer Human Nutrition Research Center on Aging, they conducted innovative research on nutritional interventions for cigarette smoke-induced lung diseases. Additionally, Rachel has contributed to various projects in leading organizations such as GlaxoSmithKline and Temple University, focusing on the interplay of immunology, oncology, and bioenergetics in human disease. Currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Biochemical and Molecular Nutrition at Tufts University, they also hold both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science from Temple University.
