Pavel Ermakov is a results-driven Senior Leader specializing in data and analytics, with a notable career dedicated to enhancing business operations and profitability through effective data management practices. They have held various roles, including Consulting Director at Think Big Analytics, where they managed the development of consulting practices in the financial sector, and Director at VTB Bank, overseeing Data and Business Intelligence. Currently, Pavel serves as the Executive Director and Global Head of the Center of Data Excellence and Analytics Enablement at Daiichi Sankyo, where they focus on building data capabilities and promoting data literacy across the organization.
