Earle Williams is currently a Senior People and Culture Advisor at Sanford, where they apply their multi-skilled qualifications in human resources and health & safety management. Previously, Earle held several leadership roles in the SA Navy, including Executive Officer (Operations Manager) for SAS SALDANHA and Training Manager at the Naval Staff College. Earle's experience also encompasses a position as People & Capability Senior Advisor at Marlborough District Council. Earle earned a B.Phil in Maritime Studies and a B.Mil in Human Sciences, Political Science, Nautical Science, and Industrial Psychology from the University of Stellenbosch.
