Robert Kaczor is the Head of Service Department at Sandvik Mining, a position held since 2012, where they oversee after-sales operations and optimize supply chain processes. Previously, Kaczor served as Aftermarket/Service Manager at Sandvik Mining and Construction from 2007 to 2011, focusing on EHS standards and service quality control. Kaczor began their career as an Electrician-Mechanic and later worked as a Site Supervisor, demonstrating a strong background in technical support and operations management. Kaczor holds a Master of Science in Finance and Accounting from Kozminski University and an MBA from the University of Economics in Poznań.
