Michael Dugger is a Distinguished Member of the Technical Staff at Sandia National Laboratories, where they have been contributing since 2003. They earned a Ph.D. in Materials Science from Northwestern University in 1989. Additionally, they have been a member of the Society of Tribologists and Lubrication Engineers since 1991, serving on the Board of Directors from 2004 to 2013 and as President from 2011 to 2012.
