Hamid Ghaemmaghami is the Executive Director of Real Estate Development at San Francisco State University, a position held since 2018. Previously, Hamid served as the Manager of Real Estate for the City of Palo Alto from 2012 to 2018 and as the Deputy Manager of the Real Estate Division for the City of Oakland from 2001 to 2012. Earlier in their career, Hamid worked as a Redevelopment Agency Project Manager for the City of East Palo Alto from 1998 to 2001. Hamid holds an MBA in Finance & Management & Start Up from San Francisco State University and is currently pursuing a BA in Sociology at San Diego State University.
