Mike Navolio has extensive experience in amateur scouting and baseball operations, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Amateur Scouting for the San Francisco Giants since January 2015. Prior roles within the organization include Manager and Coordinator of Amateur Scouting Operations, along with an internship in Baseball Operations. Mike's background also includes a customer service internship at UC Berkeley, where responsibilities involved gameday operations for Cal Athletics. Additionally, at California Polytechnic State University, Mike managed the official Twitter account for Cal Poly Baseball, significantly growing its followers and promoting team activities, while also fulfilling various operational duties. Prior experiences include internships in investment management and coaching at Northgate High School, alongside a solid foundation in customer service and team management from early roles. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.
