Tina Deesen is the Divisional Director of Human Resources, University Relations and Development at San Diego State University, a role they began in 2024. Previously, Tina served as an IRB Coordinator at Aspire IRB, LLC from 2013 to 2015, and as an Office Manager for Cajon Valley Union School District from 2015 to 2022. Earlier in their career, Tina worked as a Front Desk Office Assistant for the City of Santee and spent over a decade as an Administrative Assistant at Buffets, Incorporated, focusing on operations, recruitment, training, and marketing.
