Marian Liebowitz is the owner of MLAM, Inc., where they build bridges between performers, venues, and resources to create enriching community experiences. An internationally acclaimed musician, Marian has served as a booking agent and arts consultant since 1992 and has been an emeritus professor of music at San Diego State University since 1984, where they pioneered music entrepreneurship courses. As a past Fulbright Senior Scholar and Artistic Ambassador for the U.S. Department of State, they traveled extensively and now provide consulting services worldwide. Marian is recognized for their innovative outreach strategies and has developed protocols to help venues adapt during the pandemic. They are also a successful grant writer and a recipient of the California State University Bautzer Faculty Award for excellence in fundraising.
