Additional experience includes roles at GoFundMe, Nordstrom, and the Paella & Wine Festival, showcasing strong skills in customer relations and bilingual communication. Gricelda’s educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in International Economics and Spanish from San Diego State University, along with studies at the University of Oxford and Universitat Autónoma de Barcelona.
