Janet Vásquez is a dynamic educational leader currently serving as the Assistant Head of School at San Diego FC's Right to Dream Academy. They have over 10 years of experience in education, previously holding roles such as Executive Director and Middle School Principal at EJE Academies. Janet began their teaching career as a Math and Science Teacher in the Los Angeles Unified School District and later taught at EJE Academies. A first-generation college graduate and passionate advocate for culturally affirming environments, Janet is also pursuing an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership at UCLA.
