Amaris Zahwa Adila is a skilled Business Analyst currently working at Samudera Indonesia Research Initiatives (SIRI) since August 2023, focusing on strategic decision-making. Previously, Amaris served as the Manager of Social Campaign Movement in the Social and Humanity Department at Himpunan Mahasiswa Teknik Industri ITS Surabaya from January to October 2021, overseeing social media content planning and conducting research on Sustainable Development Goals. Additionally, Amaris gained valuable experience as a Production Intern at Petrokimia Gresik PT in August to September 2021, where responsibilities included process capability analysis and developing a dashboard for data visualization. Amaris holds a degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (2018-2022) and furthered studies in Industrial Engineering and Sustainability Studies at the University of the Philippines Los Baños (2021-2022).
