Tran Quoc Hoan is the Head of Legal and Contracts at SAMSUNG E&A, having previously held the position of Senior Cost & Contract Specialist at KIM OANH GROUP and led the Banking and Project Finance team at CENTRAL. Currently, Hoan is a member of the Society of Construction Law - Vietnam and is pursuing a Bachelor of Laws at Ho Chi Minh City University of Law while also working towards a Bachelor's degree in Financial Accounting at HUFLIT. With a diverse background in project coordination and legal management, Hoan is dedicated to navigating the intersections of technology, economics, and law.
