Keertan Dakarapu is an experienced software engineer currently serving as a Staff Software Engineer at Samsung Electronics since June 2022, focusing on full stack development within the App Creative Suite. Prior experience includes a role as Technical Lead at Copart from January 2018 to June 2022, leading backend services and API development, primarily using Ruby on the Sinatra framework. Keertan also contributed as an instructor in the CS Outreach program at The University of Texas at Dallas, teaching programming to high school students. An internship at Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited provided exposure to web-based tools, while initial experience in web development was gained at VstartU, a student startup. Keertan holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Dallas and a Master’s Degree in Computer Software Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology.
