Lara Booth is the Head of People and Culture at Partful, where they are passionate about finding, developing, and retaining top talent to support the company's mission in transforming the manufacturing sector. Previously, Lara held various roles in HR and talent acquisition, including Talent Acquisition Manager and Recruitment Advisor at several organizations. With extensive experience in recruitment and performance management, Lara successfully implements initiatives that ensure a diverse and high-performing workforce at Partful. They are also a CIPD Student Member, continuing their education in human resources.
