Stephanie Chea Matias is a seasoned Quality Management Leader with extensive experience in quality engineering and regulatory affairs. They began their career at ConvaTec as a Quality Engineer, where they ensured compliance in product development and led problem-solving initiatives. After subsequent roles at Biomet and MTF Biologics, they advanced to Director, Quality Engineering, where they directed validation programs and oversaw quality management systems. Currently, they serve as the Head of Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance at Sampled, continuing to uphold high standards in quality and compliance. Stephanie holds multiple degrees in Biomedical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
