Catherine My Lim has extensive experience in human resources and compensation and benefits across multiple regions in Asia. Beginning her career as an Associate Manager at The Home Depot from 1996 to 1998, Catherine transitioned to roles at various companies, including serving as a C&B Specialist for Marconi Communication and a C&B Analyst at Intel Corporation. From 2002 to 2005, Catherine worked as Compensation & Benefits Manager at ASML, addressing the needs of multiple Asian countries. Catherine's leadership continued with positions as Regional HR Director at Pure Group International and as Director of Human Resources at PVH Corp., managing HR functions for the Asia Pacific region. Currently, Catherine holds the position of Human Resources Organization Director for Asia at Salvatore Ferragamo. Catherine holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Oklahoma State University.
