Danielle Rico currently serves as the Global Event Director at Salt Security, a position held since July 2025. Prior to this role, Danielle was the Northeast Field Marketing Manager at BeyondTrust from May 2024 to July 2025 and worked as a Field Marketing Manager at UKG from July 2021 to May 2024. Danielle's earlier experience includes serving as the Director of Sales and Events at Kimball Farm Ice Cream (May 2018 - July 2021), Event Specialist at Cynosure, Inc. (August 2015 - May 2018), Groups Coordinator at Destination Weddings Travel Group (November 2014 - August 2015), and Sales Coordinator at Hampton Inn & Suites Westford (October 2012 - October 2014). Danielle holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality and Event Management from Lasell University and an Associate's degree in Hospitality Management from Middlesex Community College.
