Niklas Brygt is the Director of Solution Engineering at Salesforce, where they lead the Solution Engineering Team in Sweden, supporting significant growth across Enterprise and Commercial Business Units. With a background spanning 20 years in CRM and customer-centric processes, Niklas joined Salesforce in 2006 when cloud technology was emerging. Prior to this role, they served as a Principal Sales Engineer and held positions at Software Innovation and Cybernetics. Niklas earned a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Karlstad University in 1997.
