Michael M. Cassisi is an accomplished technology operations leader with extensive experience in managing complex infrastructure and programs. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Infrastructure Operations and Programs at Salesforce since February 2010, Michael oversees Cloud Computing Technology Operations. Previous roles include Technical Program Manager at Google, where responsibilities encompassed infrastructure and applications across global data centers, and VP of Technology Operations at Effectiveness Group, focusing on telecom and carrier services for Fortune 500 companies. Additional experience includes leadership positions at Sony Pictures Entertainment, PacifiCare Health Systems, Innoventry, and Bank of America. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunications Management from SUNY Utica and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Orange County Community College.
