Lara Olson is a Lead User Experience Designer with 20 years of design experience. Currently, they serve as a Lead UX Designer at Salesforce, following their role at Bank of America as a UX Lead. Previously, Lara has held senior and managerial positions at various companies, including Hilton, Kibo Commerce, and The Michaels Companies, where they focused on creating innovative user experiences and implementing data-driven design thinking. Lara is pursuing a BFA in Communication Design at the University of North Texas.
