Joseph Kim is currently the Cross Product Marketing Leader for Global Cloud & Industries at Salesforce, where they lead strategy, messaging, and event planning. Previously, they served as the Director and Head of Product Marketing at Primer.ai and held various roles at Microsoft, including Global Product Marketing Lead for the Microsoft + Adobe Partnership. With extensive experience at Salesforce, Joseph also worked as a Customer Success Manager and Director of Product Marketing, managing critical aspects of the business. In addition to their marketing expertise, they are a certified mindset coach and fitness instructor, leading classes across multiple disciplines. Joseph is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and Communications at Eastern Washington University.
