Brad Struss has a diverse background in technology and leadership within the nonprofit sector. As the Founder and CEO of Bigger Boat Consulting since 2012, Brad has collaborated with numerous nonprofits including Mercy Housing and Seattle Children's Hospital, focusing on Salesforce CRM solutions and website development. Brad previously held positions at NPower Northwest as Manager of Technology Services, where process improvement initiatives were key, and at Microsoft in various managerial roles. Additionally, Brad is recognized for contributions as a founding board member of Summer Search Seattle and a partner at Social Venture Partners, demonstrating a commitment to community and collaboration. Brad's educational background includes a Master’s in Computer Science from the University of Washington and a Bachelor’s in Computer Science and Math from the University of Puget Sound. Currently, Brad serves on the Partner Advisory Board at Salesforce and participates in the Program Management Design Partner Program.
