Jim Bauer is the Chief Development Officer at Salem Health, where they lead initiatives to enhance community health and well-being. With significant experience as Vice President for Planning, Facilities, and External Affairs at Willamette University from 1998 to 2018, Jim focused on building relationships and effective planning strategies. Prior to their current role, Jim served as President and CEO of the Oregon Alliance of Independent Colleges & Universities from 2018 to 2020. They hold an M.B.A. from Willamette University and advanced degrees in Counseling and Communication from the University of Idaho.
