Nouf AlSughaiyer has a diverse background in finance and project management, starting with a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Prince Sultan University. Early career experiences include traineeships at Ernst & Young and Alawwal Invest, followed by roles as a Project Coordinator at the Saudi ADHD Society and a Project Specialist at Alnahda Society. Nouf advanced to a significant position as Corporate Social Responsibility Lead for Saudi Arabia at Accenture Middle East from July 2021 to May 2023. In August 2023, Nouf assumed the role of Director of Housing Operations and Head of Empowerment Section at Sakan Foundation, while also enhancing professional skills through executive education at Columbia Business School and participation in the Shaghaf Fellowship.
