Matthew Rhoads has extensive experience in the construction industry, currently serving as the Business Development & Estimating Manager and Project Manager at SAK Construction, LLC since October 2014. Prior to this role, Matthew worked at Insituform from June 2010 to October 2014 as a Senior Project Manager, and held various positions including Project Manager and Estimator from April 2005 to June 2010. Matthew holds an Executive MBA from Southeastern Louisiana University and a degree in Engineering with a focus on Construction Management from Louisiana State University.
