David O'Neil is an experienced Enterprise Architect currently serving as the Chief Systems Engineer at SAIC since 2001. Previously, they worked as a Chief Systems Engineer at Lockheed Martin from 1993 to 2001 and served as a Communications Officer in the United States Marine Corps from 1985 to 1993. O'Neil has contributed to the field by authoring the Enterprise Architecture Guide for UAF and publishing an article in IEEE Communications Magazine. They have also lectured at George Mason University's master's program in telecommunications and for AFCEA Professional Development Courses. O'Neil holds a BS in Naval Architecture from the United States Naval Academy and an ME in System Engineering from Old Dominion University.
