James Duckett III

US Customer Service Manager

James Duckett III currently serves as the US Customer Service Manager for Sage Automotive Interiors, overseeing customer service operations for both the US and Juarez facilities since October 2021. Previously, James held roles as Supply Chain Manager and Plant Industrial Engineer within the same company. Prior to joining Sage, James worked at BMW of North America, LLC as an Overseas Supply Chain Planner for plants in South Africa and China, and completed an industrial engineering capstone project at Electrolux. James also gained experience as a Material Control Specialist Intern at BMW of North America. An alumnus of Clemson University, James earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering, having graduated in 2020, after completing secondary education at James F Byrnes High School from 2011 to 2015.
