Nathalie Chaussepied is the Global Director of Continuous Improvement and Business Process Manager at Safran Landing Systems. They have extensive experience with Safran, having held various leadership positions, including VP Support Services and Manager of Safran Consulting from 2021 to 2024. Earlier in their career, Nathalie worked at Safran Aircraft Engines from 1989 to 1999 in roles spanning commercial product support, supply chain management, and industrial controlling. They also served as Deputy Chief Financial Officer at CFM International from 2003 to 2005 and worked as Performance Improvement Manager at Safran Electronics & Defense from 2011 to 2015. Nathalie holds a Master’s degree in Management and Logistics from ESSEC Business School, which they completed in 1989.
