Andrew Dean is currently a Sr. Manager in Trade Compliance and Risk Management at SABIC, a position they have held since 2014 after serving as a Sr. Analyst for Technology Trade Compliance. Prior to this, they worked as an Export Compliance Specialist for the United States Navy from 2009 to 2012 and as a Confidential Assistant at the U.S. Department of Education between 2007 and 2009. Additionally, they briefly served as a Political Consultant for the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq in 2008. Andrew is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations with a focus on Language and Foreign Studies at the American University School of International Service, and they hold a BS in International Studies from American University and an MA in Global Security Studies from The Johns Hopkins University.
