Luis Francisco de Campos has over 15 years of experience in operations and multimodal logistics within port and rail terminals, bulk storage facilities, and industrial plants. They have held significant roles at leading multinational companies, including Archer Daniels Midland Company and Cargill, managing teams ranging from 70 to 850 employees. Luis has successfully led the implementation of numerous large-scale projects across Latin America and Africa, consistently achieving operational excellence through innovative management techniques such as PMBOK/PMI and Lean 6 Sigma. They hold an MBA in Project Management from Fundação Getulio Vargas and a degree in Mechanical Production Engineering. Currently, Luis serves as the Global Head of Operations for the Coffee Platform at Louis Dreyfus Company.
