Ashley St. John, CSP, is the Director of Talent Recruitment at Ryder System, Inc. With extensive experience in recruitment and talent management, Ashley served as the Director of Recruiting at Enhanced Resource Centers from 2002 to 2005, successfully expanding the collection staff from 28 to over 200 collectors. From 2013 to 2016, Ashley was the Managing Director at SNI Companies, where they trained and developed professional recruiters while supporting client recruitment needs nationwide. Prior to their current role at Ryder, Ashley held various positions in recruitment and operations, honing skills that make them a strategic leader in talent acquisition.
