Throughout their career, Chuck held significant roles including Sr Director, Architecture Practice Lead at FINRA and Director of Digital Engineering at Fannie Mae. Currently, they work as Sr Director of Software Development at Ryan, where they continue to leverage their expertise in team development and software architecture.
