Christopher Taggart has extensive work experience in human resources and organizational development. Christopher is currently the Senior Vice President of Organizational Development at Ryan Specialty Group, where they serve as a senior HR business partner and is responsible for employee relations, employee development, and college recruiting. Prior to this role, they were the Vice President of Human Resources at the same company, where they provided HR support and oversaw talent management. Christopher also has experience as a Human Resources Director at Ryan Specialty Group and as an HR/Labor Business Consultant at Integrys Energy Group. Christopher has additional experience in labor and employee relations as a Labor & Employee Relations Analyst at Cook County Health and Hospitals System. Christopher also owns and operates CMT Consulting Solutions, where they provide consulting services on leadership development topics. Christopher previously worked as a Senior Workforce Engagement Consultant at Blue Cross and Blue Shield.

Christopher Taggart received a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources-Organizational Leadership and a BS in Organizational Leadership and HR from Purdue University Northwest, where they studied from 1991 to 1998.
