Kyle Durning is a Senior Vice President of Residential Asset Management at RXR, where they currently lead the Investment Management Group. Previously, Kyle served as First Vice President at RXR from 2021 to 2024 and held various roles in financial and compliance settings, including positions at Tyco International, Legacy Planning Partners, PwC, and National Property REIT Corp. Kyle earned both a B.S. and M.S. in Accounting, alongside a B.S. in Finance from Penn State University, graduating in 2013.
