Stefan Kubina has gained extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Starting from 2006, they had a position as Marketing & PR at Austria Card. Later in 2006, they joined Erich Götzinger Werbegesellschaft as a Project Attendant. In 2009, they became a Project Manager for Anzeigenmarketing at Verlagsgruppe NEWS, eventually transitioning to the role of Project Manager for Ad-On until 2015. In 2015, Stefan worked as a Key Account Manager at Der Standard. From 2016 to 2021, they held various leadership positions at Birner KFZ- und Industriebedarf, including Communication & New Business and Marketing & Corporate Communications. In 2022, they served as a Senior Consultant at EFS Unternehmensberatung GmbH before moving to RX Austria & Germany, where they first worked as the Director of Content & Marketing and eventually became the Head of Operations Industry in October 2023.

Stefan Kubina attended the University of Vienna from 2003 to 2012 and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Politikwissenschaft (Political Science). Stefan also obtained a certification as a Diplomierter Online Marketer from WIFI der Wirtschaftskammer Wien, although the month and year of their certification were not provided.
