Dean Kristiniak is the Chief Marketing Officer and Co-Founder of RVH Solutions, a healthcare technology firm established in 2006 that focuses on optimizing workforce efficiencies. Before this role, Dean served as Vice President at The Synergy Organization from 2004 to 2006, specializing in business development for behavioral assessment and executive search. Earlier in their career, from 1997 to 2000, Dean worked as a Corporate Recruiter at GE Betz, where they developed strong networking and negotiation skills. Dean also serves as a Southeast District Referee for USA Hockey since 2002. Dean holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Hahnemann University, completed in 1976.
