Jessica Mackaness is a seasoned fundraising professional with extensive experience in major donor relations and charity support initiatives. Currently serving as the Giving Something Back Co-ordinator at Rudding Park since July 2022, Jessica oversees the expansion of the business's community support efforts. Prior roles include Head of Major Donors at Leeds Hospitals Charity, Fundraising Consultant for The Charitable Trust for The Tongabezi Trust School, and Senior Major Donor Fundraiser at Action for Children, where Jessica successfully engaged high-value donors and contributed to significant fundraising campaigns. Additionally, Jessica has held positions at The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity and Macmillan Cancer Support, where skills in donor care, relationship management, and fundraising strategy development were honed. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Newcastle University.
