Irshad Allana is an experienced product leader currently serving as the Director of Product for SaaS Data Protection at Rubrik since July 2024. Previously, Irshad held the Director of Product Management position at Bloomreach from October 2018 to January 2024, where notable achievements included leading product strategy for a $50M+ ARR business and mentoring a team of Product Managers. Earlier roles at Bloomreach featured co-leading product strategy and engaging with customers to inform product development. Prior consulting experience at Keystone Strategy involved technology-focused engagements with Fortune 50 companies. Irshad began a career in research as a Graduate Researcher at the University of Pennsylvania, following a solid academic foundation in bioengineering with an M.S.E. from the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S. from UC San Diego.
