Steve Gibbons is the Senior Director and Associate General Counsel of Global Legal Affairs and Government Relations at RTX, where they lead a team managing compliance programs and provide strategic advice on political law. Previously, Steve was Deputy General Counsel for Raytheon's Land & Air Defense Systems, responsible for advising on U.S. and international sales, as well as anti-corruption compliance. They spent six years as a trial attorney at the U.S. Department of Justice, focusing on money laundering and asset recovery, and received the Assistant Attorney General’s Award for Distinguished Service. Steve's legal career began at Weil, Gotshal and Manges, LLP, and they hold a Bachelor's Degree from American University and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Baltimore School of Law.
