Samantha Nielsen-Griggs is a CPA and Senior Manager of Accounting & Controllership at RTX, where they oversee the Sarbanes-Oxley program and lead initiatives to enhance internal financial controls. Samantha graduated summa cum laude from the University of Dubuque with a double major in Accounting and Business in May 2016. They began their career in public accounting, working with financial services clients for four years before joining Raytheon Technologies in October 2020. Since then, Samantha has demonstrated strong leadership and time management skills, earning a promotion to manager in June 2022.
