Rich Ciccarelli currently serves as the Head of Global Infrastructure Services Operations at Raytheon Technologies, a role held since September 2020. With extensive experience in IT management and consulting, Rich has previously worked as a Senior Management Consultant for both Huntzinger Management Group and iTech Solutions, focusing on business strategy and client growth. At Connecticare, Rich was the Vice President of Enterprise Technology Services & Data Management, responsible for overseeing IT operations and budget management, while spearheading significant modernization initiatives. Prior roles include leadership positions at Regan Technologies, Cigna Corporation, The Hartford, Orion Capital, and Connecticut Mutual Life Insurance Company, where Rich successfully drove technology integration and enterprise architecture. Rich holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Central Connecticut State University.
