Michael Ikeda is currently the Chief of Staff to the CTO at RTX, a position held since 2024. They previously served as the Associate Director of Aerospace Programs and Senior Manager at Raytheon Technologies from 2023 to 2024. Michael's earlier roles include Senior Engineer and Staff Engineer at United Technologies Research Center between 2013 and 2017, as well as various research and teaching positions at the University of Pittsburgh and Jet Propulsion Laboratory. They hold a BS from Caltech, an MS, and a PhD from the University of Pittsburgh.
