Keven Blackman, PhD, is the Chief Engineer at Raytheon Technologies, where they lead a team of 50 developers in the Earth Prediction Innovation Center. With over 20 years of operational experience as a Computer Scientist and Meteorologist, Keven has excelled in roles such as Operations Manager for the United States Air Force, where they managed a 55-person team and significantly increased productivity. In addition to their engineering leadership, Keven serves as an Adjunct Professor of Computer Science at Southern New Hampshire University, developing courses focused on Artificial Intelligence and its real-world applications. Keven holds a PhD in Information Technology from the University of the Cumberlands and an MS in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Springfield.
