Julie Russell is a seasoned professional in global market pricing and compensation management. They served as Compensation Manager and Human Resources Professional at Naval Nuclear Laboratory from 2017 to 2022, and are currently the Senior Manager of Total Rewards at RTX since 2022. Julie also gained early experience as a Social Media Marketing Intern at Horizon Bradco and as a Human Resources Intern at GE in 2012 and 2013, respectively.
