Elizabeth Jepson is an accomplished professional in supply chain management with extensive experience at Raytheon Technologies since January 2022 as Associate Director of Global Supply Chain Management. Prior to this role, Elizabeth worked at Raytheon from December 2004 to February 2022, holding various positions including Lead Material Program Manager for the Tomahawk Program and Material Program Manager for the Pavewayâ„¢ Programs. Elizabeth's career also includes roles at Odyssey Healthcare as a Community Education Representative and at Hospice Family Care as a Marketing/Admissions Counselor. Elizabeth holds a Master of Science in Integrated Supply Chain with an Engineering Management Emphasis from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, as well as an MBA and a Master's in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix.
