Elana DiFazio, SHRM-CP, is the Executive Director of Human Resources at RTX, where they lead various functions including operations and supply chain. Previously, Elana held several managerial positions at Pratt & Whitney and Collins Aerospace, focusing on human resources within engineering and technology. Elana also has a background in the hospitality sector, having worked with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts in various HR and learning development roles. They are currently pursuing a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Villanova University and have earned both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
