Alison Mak is a Senior Hardware Quality Engineer at RTX, where they are currently focused on quality assurance in hardware development. Previously, they held various engineering roles, including Lead Production Quality Engineer at GE Aviation and Mechanical Engineering Intern at IHI E&C International Corporation. Alison also gained experience as a Design Intern at TechnipFMC and participated in the Operations Management Leadership Program at GE Aviation. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Houston in 2019.
