Arabella Penwarden is a skilled registered nurse with extensive experience in clinical leadership and management. They began their nursing career at the Royal Devon and Exeter NHS Trust from 2007 to 2009, followed by roles at Devon Partnership NHS Trust and Maximus, where they served as Clinical Standards Lead from 2016 to 2022. Most recently, Arabella holds the position of Deputy Clinical Manager at RTW Plus, having started in 2024, while also working as Clinical Lead and Practice Manager at CARASTON HALL SUPPORT LIMITED from 2022 to 2024. They completed their education at The Open University, earning a 2:1 degree from 2009 to 2010.
